Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement Officer with strong knowledge of aluminum and façade materials procurement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials required for façade and aluminum projects while ensuring cost efficiency, quality standards, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure aluminum, glazing, façade materials, and related accessories
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules
• Issue purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation
• Coordinate with project, design, and site teams for material requirements
• Track material deliveries and ensure timely supply to project sites
• Maintain supplier database and evaluate vendor performance
• Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and project budgets
• Prepare procurement reports and cost comparison sheets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 4–10 years of procurement experience in aluminum and façade industry in UAE
• Strong knowledge of aluminum profiles, glass types, hardware, sealants, and façade systems
• Experience working with local and international suppliers
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• UAE driving license preferred
