Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Officer – Aluminum & Façade to manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier coordination for aluminum profiles, façade systems, glass, hardware, and related materials for projects based in Riyadh, KSA.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of façade materials, a solid supplier network within Saudi Arabia, and a proven ability to ensure cost-effective, timely procurement in line with project specifications and schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for aluminum profiles, façade systems, glass, sealants, hardware, and related materials
• Prepare and manage RFQs, price comparisons, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier agreements
• Coordinate closely with project, engineering, and production teams to meet material requirements and delivery schedules
• Monitor supplier performance, lead times, quality compliance, and contractual obligations
• Ensure all procured materials comply with approved specifications, shop drawings, and project standards
• Track procurement budgets and support cost-control and value-engineering initiatives
• Manage logistics, delivery schedules, and site coordination within Riyadh and other regions of KSA as required
• Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and inventory tracking
• Identify alternative suppliers and materials to optimize cost, quality, and availability
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual terms, and applicable KSA procurement regulations

RequirementsEducation

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience

• 3–6 years of procurement experience within the Aluminum, Façade, or Construction industry
• Prior experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC market is preferred

Industry Knowledge

• Strong understanding of aluminum profiles, façade systems, curtain walls, glazing, hardware, and accessories

Vendor Network

• Established supplier relationships within the Riyadh / KSA market are a strong advantage

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in ERP / Procurement systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to read and interpret BOQs, drawings, and material specifications

Communication & Personal Skills

• Strong negotiation, coordination, and supplier management skills
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under pressure
• Excellent documentation, reporting, and follow-up abilities
