Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Agency Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and various agencies.
- Negotiate and establish contracts with agencies to ensure favourable terms.
- Build and maintain strong, strategic partnerships to support business goals.
- Procurement Operations:
- Oversee procurement processes related to agencies, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Evaluate agency performance and recommend improvements or changes to contracts as needed.
- Coordinate with internal departments to align agency procurement with company objectives.
- Supply Chain Coordination:
- Ensure seamless integration of agency services within the overall supply chain.
- Monitor and manage the timely delivery of services/products from agencies.
- Implement cost-effective strategies to optimize the supply chain with a focus on agency collaboration.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare detailed reports on agency procurement activities, costs, and efficiencies.
- Maintain records of contracts, negotiations, and performance assessments.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Experience: 3-7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably with exposure to agency management.
- Arabic Nationality Only
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Analytical mindset for evaluating agency performance and cost structures.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
