About the Role:
A&M International is seeking an experienced Procurement Officer (Civil Specialty) with strong expertise in purchasing and procurement within civil engineering projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement related to civil construction projects.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and contract preparation skills.
• Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
• Ability to work effectively in a team and perform well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute procurement activities in accordance with company policies.
• Identify, evaluate, and liaise with approved suppliers and contractors.
• Prepare purchase orders and contracts ensuring compliance with technical specifications.
• Monitor material deliveries to ensure quality and adherence to project requirements.
