Work Experience
4+ years in construction procurement; experience with real estate projects, MEP, finishing, and civil materials preferred.
Job Purpose
-
Manage procurement of construction materials, services, subcontract packages, and project requirements while ensuring cost efficiency, quality, compliance, timely delivery, and proper documentation.
Responsibilities-
Sourcing & Tendering
Identify qualified suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, and service providers for construction requirements.

Prepare RFQs, tender comparisons, bid analysis, negotiation summaries, and recommendation reports.
Commercial Negotiation
-
Negotiate prices, payment terms, warranties, delivery schedules, and commercial conditions.

Support value engineering initiatives without compromising approved specifications or quality.
Purchase Orders & Contracts
-
Prepare LPOs, subcontract documentation, material submittal support, and procurement tracking records.

Ensure procurement actions comply with budgets, approved BOQs, specifications, and authority matrix.
Delivery & Coordination
-
Coordinate deliveries with project teams, stores, suppliers, and sites to avoid delays or shortages.

Track long-lead items, shop drawings, samples, approvals, and delivery status.
Supplier Performance
-
Maintain supplier database, price history, evaluation records, and procurement documentation.

Address supplier delays, quality issues, rejected materials, and claims in coordination with projects.
Education & Certifications

Bachelor degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business, or related field.
Experience
