Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Procurement Officer with at least 5 years of experience in the Facilities Management industry. The ideal candidate must be capable of handling procurement operations independently and should be available for immediate joining.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for facility-related materials and services
- Source, negotiate, and finalize contracts with vendors and suppliers
- Obtain quotations and prepare comparative statements
- Ensure timely purchase of materials as per operational requirements
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with stores/maintenance teams
- Maintain vendor database and performance evaluation records
- Ensure cost control and adherence to approved budgets
- Process purchase orders and follow up on deliveries
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in Facilities Management
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Knowledge of facility-related materials (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, MEP, etc.)
- Good understanding of purchase procedures and documentation
- Proficiency in MS Office / ERP systems
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Immediate joiners only
