We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Procurement Executive to join our team and support project requirements through efficient sourcing and vendor management.

Job Description

The Procurement Executive will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, furniture, fixtures, and services required for interior fit-out projects. The role requires strong knowledge of suppliers, materials, market pricing, and procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) for projects.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best pricing and quality.
• Prepare purchase orders, RFQs, and contracts as per company policies.
• Coordinate with design, project, and site teams to understand material requirements.
• Track and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely availability of materials on site.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, price lists, and supplier databases.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and project timelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Assist in cost control and budget management for procurement activities.
• Report procurement status and challenges to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in procurement within the interior design/fit-out industry.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and FF&E used in interiors.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• UAE Driving License preferred.
