Procurement Officer (Night Shift)

We’re Hiring: Procurement Officer – Night Shift (on-Site)

Location: Bahria Town, Phase 8, Rawalpindi
Timings: 6 PM – 3 AM

Comtanix – a fast-growing BPO (not a call center) – is looking for an experienced Procurement Officer with top-tier communication and finance skills.If you thrive in a dynamic environment and can work independently in night shifts, this might be the perfect role for you.

What we’re looking for:

• Proficient in English (written & verbal)
• Strong analytical & computer skills
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Ability to manage vendor payments, contracts, and compliance
• Experience with QuickBooks Online, ERP Configuration, and MS Office

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare POs, invoices, and purchase reports (cost analysis)
• Track orders & ensure timely delivery
• Maintain supplier relations & negotiate contracts
• Perform regular audits on import/export files
• Coordinate with sales & procurement departments
• Market price checking & compliance verification

Must-have skills:

Revenue Analysis, MS Office, Fluent English, Purchase Orders, Management Procurement, Contracts Knowledge, ERP Configuration, QuickBooks Online

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
