Procurement Officer - PAcking MAterials

We have a requirement for Procurement Officer - Packing Materials.

The Procurement Executive – Packing Materials is responsible for the end-to-end sourcing and procurement of packing and packaging materials required for Isha Life’s product portfolio. Please find below the Job details:

Vendor Management & Development - Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for various packaging materials. Maintain strong working relationships with existing suppliers for timely and quality deliveries.Negotiate prices, terms, and lead times effectively.

Procurement & Planning - Forecast and plan material requirements in coordination with production and inventory teams Issue purchase orders and track delivery schedules. Maintain optimal stock levels to support smooth production and avoid delays

Quality Assurance & Compliance -Ensure all packaging materials meet internal quality standards and specifications . Work with QA team and vendors to resolve any material quality issues Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations.

Cost & Process Optimization - Explore eco-friendly and cost-effective packaging options in line with the brand’s sustainability vision.

Documentation & Reports - Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, supplier contracts, and pricing.Generate regular reports on vendor performance, cost savings, and procurement efficiency
