What are we looking for? •Procure-to-Pay •Procurement Operations At least 3 - 5 years as a buyer in a middle sized or large Procurement Operations engagement •Education • Graduation any stream • Good computer literacy (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint). • Supplier Network experience "End to End knowledge of PR to PO process, • Create Purchase Orders (PO), PO amendments / deletions based on requests • Identify and source potential suppliers based on the requirements provided by Client. • Obtain and analyze quote/pricing from preferred or contracted supplier and submit for approval • Attempt to resolve outstanding receipt-related issues / open order expediting • Handling queries regarding Invoice / PO Mismatch • Procurement and analytical background • Good interpersonal skills (needs to be able to build relationships over the phone without meeting suppliers / customers on a regular basis)" "• To be accountable for maintaining quality and service standards to support the overall Accenture-Client(s) relationship and to deliver continuous improvement • Query solving / resolution.
