We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Support Staff member to join our Procurement Department. This role is pivotal in assisting with warehouse coordination, and maintaining records that keep our procurement operations running efficiently and compliantly. We prefer candidates who have six months to one year of administrative experience in wholesale or retail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Log all order receipts and confirmations
  • Coordinate with transport to follow up on deliveries, and documentation
  • Cross-reference product deliveries with purchase orders
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies
  • Assist in preparing purchase orders and requisitions
  • Prepare monthly reports listing all purchases, returns and related costs
  • Help with reporting and data analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Fluency in English (Required)
  • Prior experience in a support or administrative role is a plus
