What are we looking for? •Procure-to-Pay •Procurement Operations Core Competencies • Procurement & Supply Chain: PO / WO creation, SAP knowledge • Multi-tasking and problem-solving mindset • Initiative & team person • Additional knowledge of NetSuite (ERP) • Preferred - 1-2 years on procurement processes •"End to End knowledge of PR to PO process, PO creation • Create Purchase Orders (PO), PO amendments / deletions based on requests • Follow up with client / Vendors for release / delivery of ordered materials. • Expedites PO – Frequent and regular PO processing as per the schedule • Create Reports as per the requirement" "• Ensure Service levels are met for respective workstreams. • Recommend and implement process changes to drive efficiencies • Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills. • The ability to cope with the pressure of demanding targets and tight deadlines. • Time management skills and the ability to deliver to deadlines. " Objectives of Role • To manage execution of procurement & supply processes. • To maintain quality and service standards in support of the contracted Service Level Agreements • To identify, recommend, and implement operational efficiencies / innovations to drive continuous improvement in the execution of processes • Must have working knowledge on MS-Excel & Word (V Look up & Pivot Table). • Follow up with client / Vendors for release / delivery of ordered materials. • End to End knowledge of PR to PO process, Have good knowledge of Purchase Orders (PO) Creation, PO amendments / deletions based on requests and Post PO activities • Expedites PO – Frequent and regular PO processing as per the schedule • Good to have basic knowledge to tools like SAP • Create Reports as per the requirement • Handling queries regarding Invoice / PO Mismatch • Addressing the Helpdesk queries regarding PR to PO / PO amendments in a timely manner
