Manage all transactional process and documents for procurement

A Day in the Life

Processing :

• Monitoring timely receipt of blocked and parked invoices in the dashboard & ensuring the resolution of these invoices within the agreed SLA
• Tracking all open items to close the balance Gap between goods receipt and invoice receiving through the GR/IR Report
• PO Creation

Compliance:

• Ensure Quality of data including required delivery date, terms and conditions
• Achieve compliance KPIs targets and measure monthly progress and work on closing the gaps

-Having a close follow up on the PPA KPIs to meet the targets for example(S&IM PO automation - invoices without been parked and blocked)

Stakeholder Management:

• Develop and maintain a strong network with other streams and other NBS streams to promote the End-to End mindset within the team
• Develop customer service mindset to foster good working relationship with procurement team

Knowledge Acquisition:

• Develop a fair understanding of the procurement end-to-end process to understand the impact of all processes on stakeholders
• Participate in all P2P process trainings and Knowledge Transfer sessions
