IBSTEC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Procurement & Operations Executive with 2–3 years of experience in product-based procurement.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement operations while also supporting management with coordination, vendor communication, and operational tasks. This role requires strong negotiation skills, supplier management experience, and excellent organizational abilities.
Procurement Responsibilities:
- Manage complete product-based procurement cycle
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers
- Obtain quotations, compare pricing, and prepare cost analysis reports
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships
- Ensure timely purchasing and delivery of products
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment
- Prepare and process purchase orders (POs)
- Track shipments and coordinate with logistics partners
- Ensure product quality and compliance with required standards
- Maintain procurement records, documentation, and reports
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative vendors
Operations / Executive Support Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal teams for product planning and requirements
- Maintain procurement trackers and management reports
- Assist management with scheduling, follow-ups, and vendor coordination
- Handle documentation and operational correspondence
- Ensure smooth daily operational workflow
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in product-based procurement (mandatory)
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Experience in sourcing products locally and internationally
- Understanding of supply chain and inventory management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong analytical and cost-comparison skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage deadline
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in import/export or international procurement
- Familiarity with logistics coordination
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
