Procurement Operations Expert IMEA

Job Description:

Support regional e2e Procurement supply resilience activities by leveraging digital resilience tools and processes, to optimize the overall supply chain of direct material suppliers, tier-n suppliers as well as logistics providers to secure future supply and related NES

Key Responsibilities:

•Lead conclusion & renewals of all regional Consignment contracts working together with internal stakeholders like Legal, RSR & Supply Chain Planning. Also, support SC Planning with Consignment reconciliation support.

•Drive data collection related to PIR Data: Incoterm, MOQ, Packaging type etc. for all regional MPS to identify cost savings opportunities

•Drive Risk Management action identification, creation & governance working with RSRs & CTMs

•Handle all PTP escalations (payment delays, bank account corrections, etc.) for all regional cases

•Manage VIA Approval process for price related invoice issues

•Track regional progress on localization & alternate development projects consolidating local progress

•Conduct regional data analytics to bring insights & highlight focus areas to support Total Supply Chain Cost (TSCC) optimization

Education & professional experience and requirements

•>2 years commercial roles & supply chain background beneficial

•Cross-category knowledge in different direct materials sourcing categories

•Strong (Henkel) process knows how (both Procurement and SC Planning)

•High level of digital & data analytics skills to drive creative solutions within AD framework

•Strong discipline and process-oriented mindset
