What are we looking for? •Procure-to-Pay •Procurement Operations 6-9 years of experience in relevant field with 5+ years of experience in procurement •"End to End knowledge of PR to PO process, • Good communication skills to interact with vendors and end users on daily basis and presentation skills • Understands the upstream and downstream process of PO creation • Timeliness of reporting and other activities • Quick learning & full usage of project specific tools and templates" "• Multi-tasking and problem-solving mindset • New Idea generations and encourage team to contribute in idea generation • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Additional knowledge of NetSuite (ERP)" "• SAP knowledge (preferred) • Good computer literacy (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)." Core Competencies • Good communication skills to interact with vendors and end users on daily basis • Able to comprehend complex problems and explain it to team members • Created Purchase orders on 1 of the procurement ERP’s • Understands the upstream and downstream process of PO creation • SAP knowledge (preferred) • Additional knowledge of NetSuite (ERP) • Worked on Service Now (ticketing tool) • Working experience of Power BI, Power Automate will be preferred • Multi-tasking and problem-solving mindset • Team person
Roles and Responsibilities: •Operational Responsibilities • End to End knowledge of PR to PO process. Have good knowledge of Purchase Orders (PO) Creation, PO amendments / deletions based on requests and Post PO activities • Maintain agreed SLA’s and quality • Timeliness of reporting and other activities • New Idea generations and encourage team to contribute in idea generation • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Quick learning & full usage of project specific tools and templates • Addressing the Helpdesk queries regarding PR to PO / PO amendments in a timely manner People Management • Be a strong team player • Build a strong team and be a strong role model, mentor and coach • Assist in resolving people issues • Support people development through guidance and feedback • Ensure compliance to the firm’s standards, processes and policies • Graduation any stream • Good computer literacy (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
