Procurement Project Consultant (Contract)

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Project Consultant to manage a 8-month project. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in procurement, contracts and supplier management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage timelines and has the technical aptitude to help build a Workday sourcing product.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with departmental goals.
• Successfully implement a Workday ERP sourcing module.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product implementation.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly.
• Ensure adherence to quality management practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills

• Proficiency in project management.
• Experience with contracts and procurement processes.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Workday experience preferred.
