Procurement / Purchase Executive

Procurement & Sourcing -

Candidates must have connected with Multiple brands from B2B and Premium Merchandise Brand.

Source corporate gifting products such as merchandise, apparel, electronics, hampers, trophies, and customized items like Backpacks, appperals, Canvas & Jute Bags, Desk Products, Socks, Custom Calendars.

Handle high-volume, customized, and deadline-driven orders

Support sales team with quick quotations, cost feasibility, and vendor inputs.

Identify new vendors as per various requirements and maintain an updated vendor database for future requirements.
Obtain competitive quotations from multiple vendors and compare pricing, quality, and timelines.
Negotiate pricing, MOQ, branding costs, lead times, and payment terms.

Track order status and ensure on-time delivery as per project timelines & Handle last-minute changes, escalations, and urgent client requirements.

Quality Control & Cost Optimization -

Ensure product quality meets approved samples and client expectations
Coordinate pre-production samples, approvals, and final QC checks
Resolve quality issues, replacements, or rework if required

Control procurement costs without compromising quality

Identify alternate vendors/products for cost and timeline benefits

Update procurement trackers and MIS reports

Core Skills -

Strong negotiation with follow-up skills and vendor management skillsKnowledge of corporate gifting products and customization processes
Good communication and coordination abilities
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint & any procurement systems
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple live projects with tight deadlines, and multiple orders
