Hiring: Procurement / Purchase Executive (Firefighting Industry)

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement / Purchase Executive with experience in the UAE market and a strong understanding of firefighting materials and systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, vendor coordination, and ensuring timely procurement of materials while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure firefighting materials, equipment, and related MEP products.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and evaluate supplier proposals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, and site teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain procurement records.
• Ensure purchased materials comply with project specifications and UAE standards.
• Track market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Resolve supplier and delivery-related issues efficiently.

Requirements

✔ Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Procurement/Purchasing.
✔ Good knowledge of firefighting systems, materials, and equipment.
✔ Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
✔ Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/Purchasing software.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Firefighting Euipments
• Familiarity with UAE suppliers and local market sourcing.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
