Procurement & Purchasing Officer / Manager (Arabs Only)

We are looking for an experienced Procurement & Purchasing Officer / Manager to join our company on a full-time basis.

Requirements:

• Mandatory previous experience in restaurants / F&B industry
• Proven experience in procurement and purchasing
• Strong knowledge of suppliers, cost control, and inventory management
• Ability to negotiate prices and manage vendor relationships
• Experience handling purchasing operations for restaurants
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement and purchasing activities for restaurants
• Source suppliers and negotiate contracts and pricing
• Ensure timely availability of materials and ingredients
• Monitor costs, budgets, and inventory levels
• Coordinate with operations and management teams
