Requirements:

- Proven experience in procurement and purchasing
- Strong knowledge of suppliers, cost control, and inventory management
- Ability to negotiate prices and manage vendor relationships
- Experience handling purchasing operations for restaurants
- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Manage procurement and purchasing activities for restaurants
- Source suppliers and negotiate contracts and pricing
- Ensure timely availability of materials and ingredients
- Monitor costs, budgets, and inventory levels
