Job Purpose

Securing supply and coordination of a wide variety of Procurement activities as well as general supervision of Procurement specialists
Key Responsibilities
-
Work collaboratively with the management in the negotiation of contracts and lines of credit with suppliers and subcontractors.

Develop and implement cost saving plans.

Monitor and support returns, damage replacements, and warranty claims.

Departmental staff recruitment, development, training and management

Develop KPIs for the staffs and periodic measurement of KPIs with actual performance.

Approve and manage the Annual/Quarterly Procurement plan with greater emphasis on balancing of timely
-
Directing the Foreign / Local Procurement Specialists and support them in negotiations with supplies.

Ensure atomization of procurement process and retaining relevant documents to establish the efficiency and transparency in procurement process.

Manage, maintain, and coordinate E-procurement projects with procurement team and IS team.
-
Control and manage all E-Procurement activities for tendering, auctions, contracts and vendor management.
-
Analyze price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information to determine reasonable prices.
-
Responsible for reporting pipeline and cash out flow to the Procurement manager on weekly / monthly basis.

Monitor changes affecting supply and demand, tracking market conditions, price trends, or futures markets.

Build strong business relationships with major Foreign / Local suppliers, especially those supplying the main/strategic raw materials needed for production.

Responsible for handling negotiations with the major Foreign / Local suppliers.

Manage and control the logistics movement of products/equipment/materials in and out of the country in accordance with organizational policy and procedure, and to comply with relevant local and international INCOTERMS.

Meet vendors and visit suppliers' plants and distribution centers to examine and learn about products, services, and prices.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education: B.Sc. of Business Administration or related field , .
-
Years of Experience: 7-10 years.

Language: Arabic & English
-
Computer skills: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel…etc.),
