Job Role: Procurement – Sourced Products (Manufacturing)

Looking for an experienced Procurement Professional to manage end-to-end sourcing for electronic manufacturing with strong expertise in vendor development, costing, NPD, and supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Management & Development

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers.
• Drive vendor capability improvement & capacity planning.
• Conduct vendor performance evaluations (Cost, Quality, Delivery).

Procurement & Costing

• Release purchase orders on time and follow up for timely deliveries.
• Ensure right material, right quantity, right time, right price.
• Implement cost control measures & cost-reduction initiatives.
• Manage costing, cost finalization & amendments based on commodity price changes.

NPD – New Product Development

• Collaborate with R&D & Production for new product sourcing.
• Evaluate tooling requirements, prototype sourcing & pilot production support.

Commodity & Inventory Management

• Monitor commodity price trends and take cost-mitigation actions.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.
• Manage slow/non-moving item liquidation.

Compliance & Process Control

• Ensure adherence to procurement SOPs, systems, and company policies.
• Handle audits, documentation, and vendor compliance.

MIS & Improvement Projects

• Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.
• Prepare procurement MIS reports (PPV, savings, supplier scorecard, etc.).
• Support strategic sourcing initiatives and automation projects.

What We Are Looking For

✔ Strong experience in sourced products procurement
✔ Knowledge of electronic/consumer durable components
✔ Excellent negotiation & vendor management skills
✔ Strong analytical, costing & supply chain understanding
✔ Ability to handle fast-paced, high-volume procurement operations

Qualification: Engineering Graduate
Communication: English must, Hindi preferred
