Responsibilities
  • Manage Sourcing team members
  • Serve as point of escalation for Procurement Managed Services team leadership
  • Analytics – onboarding and contracting end-to-end TAT metrics and capacity planning - Partner with Sourcing Analyst on Analytics COE
  • Uphold and oversee programs/policies, processes, and controls documentation to ensure an audit ready, risk posture
    • Iterate, maintain and promote adherence to new processes and procedures
  • Continual process improvement identification and implementation for risk ready posture and continual evaluation of processes and procedures
  • Maintain/develop good working relationships with business, operations, Finance and IT professionals
  • Ensures team-wide sharing of best practices and provides process / procedural training and advice to Team Members as required
  • Approval backstopping and delegation from Director of Procurement (DoP)
  • Procurement and Third-Party Risk (onboarding and due diligence) policies, procedures and controls tracking
  • Quality control and adherence to Procurement documentation

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (Business or Supply Chain management) or equivalent work experience MBA is a plus
  • Experience with hiring, leading and developing team members
  • Six sigma certification preferred
  • Preferred experience managing team of contractors
  • Ability to engage with wide array of personnel –executives to associates
  • Ability to analyze data to identify trends and report out
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and deal with ambiguity, while maintaining appropriate confidentiality as required
  • Self-motivator and innovative; ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and meet critical deadlines
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills
  • Exceptional ability to prioritize projects and capacity plan
  • Excellent communication skills - oral, written, interpersonal
  • Experience in Financial Services preferred
    • 5 years of experience using Service Now/Big Sky preferred
    • 5-10 years of experience using Archer preferred
    • 5-10 years of experience Coupa Administration preferred
    • Working knowledge Apptio (Financial Allocations)
    • Working knowledge of Workday
