Responsibilities

Manage Sourcing team members
Serve as point of escalation for Procurement Managed Services team leadership
Analytics – onboarding and contracting end-to-end TAT metrics and capacity planning - Partner with Sourcing Analyst on Analytics COE
Uphold and oversee programs/policies, processes, and controls documentation to ensure an audit ready, risk posture
- Iterate, maintain and promote adherence to new processes and procedures
Continual process improvement identification and implementation for risk ready posture and continual evaluation of processes and procedures
Maintain/develop good working relationships with business, operations, Finance and IT professionals

Ensures team-wide sharing of best practices and provides process / procedural training and advice to Team Members as required
Approval backstopping and delegation from Director of Procurement (DoP)
Procurement and Third-Party Risk (onboarding and due diligence) policies, procedures and controls tracking
Quality control and adherence to Procurement documentation

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (Business or Supply Chain management) or equivalent work experience MBA is a plus

Experience with hiring, leading and developing team members
Six sigma certification preferred
Preferred experience managing team of contractors
Ability to engage with wide array of personnel –executives to associates

Ability to analyze data to identify trends and report out

Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and deal with ambiguity, while maintaining appropriate confidentiality as required
Self-motivator and innovative; ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and meet critical deadlines
Demonstrate excellent organizational skills
Exceptional ability to prioritize projects and capacity plan
Excellent communication skills - oral, written, interpersonal
Experience in Financial Services preferred
- 5 years of experience using Service Now/Big Sky preferred
- 5-10 years of experience using Archer preferred
- 5-10 years of experience Coupa Administration preferred
- Working knowledge Apptio (Financial Allocations)
- Working knowledge of Workday
