شركة عقارية خبرة أكثر من 30عاماً بدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة تبحث عن موظفة جادة ومتحمسة للانضمام إلى قسم التطوير العقاري لجلب عقارات لأغراض الإدارةموجز عن المسؤوليات متابعة التقارير للعقارات المحتملة للإدارة عبر الإتصال الهاتفي والزيارات المناسبة وعقد-
الإجتماعات إن إحتاج الأمر تطوير والحفاظ على العلاقات مع أصحاب العقارات والمطورين و وكلاء العقارات لتسهيل عمليات جلب-
العقارات.
إجراء دراسة السوق لتقييم إيرادات الإيجار المحتملة، والجدوى للإدارة بالتنسيق مع الأقسام المختصة-
التعاون مع فريق إدارة العقارات وقسم التاجير لضمان الانتقال السلس للعقارات التي يتم إستلامها -متطلبات تجيد اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية كتابة وتحدثاولديه إقامة سارية المفعول في الدولة الأولوية لمن لديه خبرة في مجال العقارات- مهارات التفاوض والتواصل وبناء العلاقات- رخصة قيادة إماراتيه سارية المفعول-المزاياراتب ثابت بالإضافة إلى العمولة-

A leading real estate with more than 30-year experience in UAE seek a dynamic and
motivated female employee to join our team as a Procurement Specialist in the real
estate industry to be responsible for acquiring new properties for management
purposes.

Brief about Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect potential properties suitable for management within designated areas, via phone calls and proper site inspection and meetings if needed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and real estate agents to facilitate property acquisition.
• Conduct market research and analysis to assess property value, potential rental income, and feasibility for management.
• Collaborate with the property management & leasing team to ensure seamless transition of acquired properties into management portfolio.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).• Advantage to whom have experience in the field of real estate , has own valid visa in UAE
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Valid UAE driver's license.
