Role Description

Archilines is seeking a full-time Procurement Specialist for an on-site role located i n 6 October . The Procurement Specialist will manage supplier relationships, evaluate procurement needs, issue purchase orders, and oversee contract negotiations. Responsibilities include monitoring supplier performance, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and maintaining inventory levels to support project demands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting , Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Experience with Purchase Orders and managing procurement processes
• Proficiency in Supplier Evaluation and maintaining supplier relationships
• Skills in Contract Negotiation and ensuring favorable terms
• Strong Analytical Skills applicable to cost analysis and procurement strategies
• Knowledge and experience in general Procurement practices
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with construction or architectural industries is a plus
