Procurement Specialist

We Are Hiring: Procurement Specialist – Hospitality Industry

Foods Gate Company is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for F&B and non-F&B items
• Ensure timely purchasing of materials, equipment, and services
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Operations and Warehouse teams
• Maintain supplier relationships and update procurement records
• Ensure compliance with company standards and budget guidelines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in procurement (preferably in Hospitality or F&B)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of supplier management, sourcing, and basic inventory systems
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
