We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to support our Country Sourcing Manager in developing and executing sourcing plans. This role is key to optimizing supplier relationships, delivering value in customer projects, and ensuring seamless subcontractor management.

What does this role do?

• Identify local sourcing opportunities and negotiate frame contracts

• Support the execution of global/area category plans

• Act as a contract owner for selected suppliers

• Develop sourcing strategies tailored to project needs

• Conduct RFQs and finalize supplier contracts

• Recommend and select optimal suppliers for project delivery

• Analyze unit needs and identify local installation sourcing opportunities

• Negotiate contracts and maintain supplier relationships

• Implement regional category strategies locally

• Support sourcing projects and implement global category plans

• Drive contract compliance and supplier utilization

Your performance will be evaluated based on:

• Cost savings and accuracy of sourcing data

• Supplier performance and delivery reliability

• Contract coverage and quality

• Compliance with sourcing policies and segmentation

• Contribution to cost model optimization

Are you the one?

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree

• At least 3-5 years of work experience in direct and indirect procurement, preferably within multinational companies

• Native level of Turkish and a good command of English, both verbal and written, is a must

• Experience in SAP usage

• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications

• Strong contract and stakeholder management

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

• Problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset

• Eager to learn more and have the motivation to take responsibility
