Procurement Specialist

Main Responsibilities1. Supplier Sourcing & Management

  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms
  • Maintain strong supplier relationships
  • Monitor supplier performance (quality, cost, delivery time)

2. Purchasing & Procurement

  • Oversee purchasing of raw materials, equipment, or services
  • Ensure timely ordering to avoid stock shortages
  • Approve purchase orders and contracts
  • Control procurement budgets

3. Cost Control & Negotiation

  • Negotiate best pricing and payment terms
  • Analyze market trends and price fluctuations
  • Implement cost-saving strategies

4. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination

  • Work with warehouse and logistics teams
  • Monitor inventory levels
  • Prevent overstocking or stockouts

5. Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure purchasing complies with company policies
  • Follow legal and ethical sourcing standards
  • Manage risks related to supply disruptions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
