Procurement Specialist

The Purchase Manager will lead procurement of raw materials and packaging materials, ensuring cost efficiency, quality compliance, and uninterrupted supply to support manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of cosmetic raw materials and packaging materials.
• Develop and maintain a strong vendor base; negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts.
• Ensure timely procurement aligned with production planning to avoid shortages or delays.
• Monitor and control inventory levels to maintain optimum stock.
• Ensure all materials meet company quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare cost comparison statements and drive cost optimization initiatives.
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation and ERP records.
• Coordinate closely with Production, QA, R&D, and Finance teams for smooth operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
• 3-12 years of procurement experience in cosmetics, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industry.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost-control skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
