Procurement Specialist

Alomar Holding Company, a leading investment group in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. As part of a diversified organization specializing in real estate development and construction, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient procurement operations and supporting the company’s commitment to quality and sustainable growth. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects and collaborate with various internal departments in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the full procurement cycle, including purchase requisitions, requests for quotations, evaluation, and purchase order issuance
  • Sourcing and evaluating suppliers to secure competitive quotations and optimal terms
  • Preparing and analyzing comparison sheets to recommend the best options for procurement
  • Negotiating prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
  • Following up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and resolving any issues
  • Maintaining and updating the supplier database while building strong supplier relationships
  • Coordinating procurement activities with internal departments such as projects and finance
  • Ensuring proper documentation and compliance with procurement policies and procedures

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Saudi nationality
  • 1–3 years of relevant procurement experience, including supplier management
  • Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Excel for procurement analysis and reporting
  • Hands-on experience using Odoo ERP for procurement workflows
  • Solid knowledge of procurement processes and documentation
  • Business-level English proficiency for day-to-day work and documentation
  • Experience coordinating procurement activities with internal departments
  • Available to join within 30 days or less
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering
  • Experience with SAP or Oracle ERP
  • Experience with e-procurement systems or supplier portals
  • Procurement experience in construction or real estate projects
  • Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or other relevant supply chain/procurement certifications
  • Basic to intermediate Arabic proficiency
  • Valid Saudi driving license and own transportation
