We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Specialist to support sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management activities for utility-scale renewable energy projects (Solar, Substation/High Voltage, BESS). This role plays a critical part in ensuring materials and services are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with project and contractual requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Procure materials, equipment, and services for EPC renewable energy projects
• Manage RFQs/RFPs, evaluate bids, and negotiate pricing and terms
• Coordinate with internal teams on vendor selection, cost estimates, and schedules
• Issue and manage purchase orders and subcontracts; track and expedite deliveries
• Maintain supplier relationships, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement

What You Bring

• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills with attention to detail
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and teamwork abilities
• Experience managing multiple projects and supporting estimating/design processes
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; 1+ year in procurement preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to meet physical and travel requirements as needed
