Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for a Procurement Specialist. The Procurement Specialist will manage supplier relationships, oversee purchase orders, evaluate suppliers, and negotiate contracts to ensure procurement efficiency. The role also involves assessing market trends, streamlining purchasing processes, and maintaining accurate records to meet organizational goals and budgets.

• managing purchase orders, evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely procurement of quality products
• Negotiate and contract with food and beverage service providers ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability
• Review and enhance supplier agreements to ensure competitive pricing, terms, and service levels
• Foster strong supplier relationships and monitor compliance with contract terms
• Supervise inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and reduce holding costs.
• Prevent overstocking or stock outs through regular monitoring and adjustment
• Conduct and lead periodic stock audits in coordination with relevant departments
• Coordinate with various departments to fulfill product needs for events , offices and daily operations
• Troubleshooting fulfillment issues and resolving any discrepancies with suppliers. 
• Analyzing procurement data to identify cost-reduction opportunities and align purchasing strategies with company goals

Qualifications

• Experience and proficiency in Purchase Orders and Procurement processes
• Proven experience in a similar procurement role minimum 4 plus years , in Saudi Arabia hospitality - Restaurant brand or foodservice sectors is must
• Strong skills in Supplier Evaluation and Contract Negotiation
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills to assess market trends and optimize procurement strategies
• Ability to communicate effectively and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience in Supplier Evaluation and Contract Negotiation
