QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEEducation:-
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably within NGOs, development organizations, or international institutions.
- Familiarity with donor-funded procurement procedures and compliance requirements is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of procurement principles, contract management, and vendor relations.
Skills and Competencies-
Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
