Procurement Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Facility Management Procurement Specialist to manage the sourcing and procurement of materials, equipment, spare parts, subcontractor services, and maintenance requirements for our Facility Management operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure FM materials, MEP spare parts, tools, consumables, and services.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate prices,
• Develop and manage supplier and subcontractor relationships.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to support operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize procurement costs.
• Coordinate with Operations, Stores, Finance, and suppliers.
• Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and service standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related
• 3–5 years of procurement experience in the UAE Facility Management industry.
• Strong knowledge of FM materials, MEP products, and subcontractor procurement.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).

Preferred Candidate:
A proactive procurement professional with strong commercial awareness, supplier management experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced Facility Management environment.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
