About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated aviation Procurement Specialist to manage the purchasing and supply of aviation-standard parts, hardware, and consumables critical to aircraft assembly. This role involves working with global suppliers to ensure timely delivery and conformity to aviation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and purchase standard aviation hardware from approved global suppliers
• Review Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Illustrated Parts Catalogues (IPCs)
• Obtain competitive quotes and issue purchase orders
• Track deliveries and maintain accurate supplier documentation
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to ensure part conformity

About You

• Background in aviation, aerospace, or technical procurement
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills across multiple time zones
• Ability to manage multiple supplier relationships remotely
