Procurement Specialist – Design & Fit-Out

Procurement Specialist – Design & Fit-Out Location: Doha, Qatar | Full-time | On-site

We are a design and fit-out company based in Qatar, delivering high-quality interior design and turnkey fit-out solutions. We are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist who understands the Qatari market and can drive cost-effective sourcing while supporting our project execution teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure all fit-out materials including paints, putty, primers, MEP, gypsum boards, civil work materials, electrical panels, and all related interior finishing supplies
• Develop and maintain a strong supplier network for finishing materials within the Qatari and GCC markets
• Evaluate supplier quotes, negotiate pricing, lead times, and contractual terms
• Prepare and review purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and budget compliance
• Assist in project cost estimation and BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation for finishing works
• Coordinate with project managers and site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Monitor and report on procurement budgets and expenditure across active projects
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and local regulations
• Manage vendor relationships and conduct periodic supplier performance reviews
• Track market prices for finishing materials and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience in procurement, preferably in fit-out, finishing, or interior contracting
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials suppliers and the Qatari construction market
• Ability to support cost estimation and BOQ preparation for fit-out projects
• Strong supplier negotiation and contract management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Fluent English required; Arabic is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office; ERP or procurement software experience is a plus
• Must be based in Qatar

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience procuring finishing materials for interior fit-out projects in Qatar
• Existing relationships with local paint, MEP, gypsum, and civil work suppliers in Qatar
• Understanding of Incoterms, customs clearance, and import logistics in Qatar
• CIPS certification or equivalent procurement qualification is a plus
