Position: Procurement Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers.
• Request and compare quotations (RFQ/RFP).
• Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and contract terms.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs).
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain relationships with vendors.
• Resolve delivery, quality, or pricing issues.
• Maintain procurement records and reports.

Good Communication Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
