Procurement Specialist- Glass fiber

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist with experience in the Glass Fiber / Fiberglass Manufacturing Industry. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing raw materials, negotiating with suppliers, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely procurement for production requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle procurement of raw materials, machinery, spare parts, and consumables related to glass fiber manufacturing.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Compare quotations and negotiate pricing, delivery, and payment terms.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and warehouse teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid production delays.
• Prepare purchase orders, procurement reports, and documentation.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5- 10 years of procurement experience in Glass Fiber / Fiberglass / Composite Industry.
• Strong knowledge of raw materials and industrial procurement processes.
• Experience in supplier negotiation and vendor management.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
