Procurement Specialist - Inventory

Handyside is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to manage our inventory, pricebooks, and vendor relationships across the warehouse and fleet. This role supports multiple departments and ensures accurate pricing, efficient materials management, and smooth procurement operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory; both hands-on and within the software system
• Maintain and update pricing, tasks, and descriptions in ServiceTitan
• Track and update part numbers, vendors, material photos, and pricing
• Maintain truck stock inventories by department
• Run job costing and materials reports monthly
• Perform truck inspections and assist with restocking
• Support purchasing, send POs, and coordinate parts delivery or pick-up
• Serve as back-up for warehouse support and parts runs as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience in procurement, inventory, or warehouse management
• Strong communication, organization, and data entry skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
• Familiarity with inventory control systems (ServiceTitan a plus)
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
