Salary – 60,000 TRY to 65,000 TRY and annual KPI bonus

Crosslink Engineering is an international company headquartered in Dubai, with a representative office in Izmir, Turkey.

The company specializes in providing comprehensive engineering solutions in partnership with affiliated factories, delivering everything required on a turnkey basis — from equipment to raw materials.

Due to business expansion and an increasing number of projects, we are building a team in Izmir, Turkey.

Our goal is to ensure effective supplier sourcing, contract negotiations, and end-to-end support of industrial equipment, components, and chemical product deliveries from Europe, the US, and China, as well as to provide comprehensive operational support in the region.

Candidate profile:

We are recruiting for a Procurement Specialist with experience working in foreign companies and handling large-scale deals.

The ideal candidate has successfully managed turnkey deliveries of industrial equipment, raw materials, and chemicals — from supplier search to final delivery, to the client — including projects involving partners from the EU, US, China, and other major global markets.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in international procurement and foreign economic activity (FEA).
  • Extensive professional network with manufacturers and distributors of industrial equipment, components, chemical products, as well as logistics operators.
  • Experience working with leading global brands.
  • Proven skills in supplier search and assessment, negotiations, contract execution, and project management.
  • Import and export work experience.
  • Understanding of export-import documentation flows in Turkey.
  • Ability to represent the company’s interests.
  • Act as a liaison between the headquarters and partners.
  • Provide information and technical support.
  • Collect and analyse market data.
  • Fluent Turkish and English (required).
  • Advanced Excel user.
  • Proven experience managing large deals (USD 100,000 and above).
  • Willingness to travel on business trips.

Responsibilities:

  • Search for and select suppliers in Europe, India, and the US according to client technical specifications.
  • Attract new suppliers and buyers to expand the company’s capabilities.
  • Conduct negotiations, agree on delivery terms, schedules, and payment conditions.
  • Prepare and execute contracts, handle all export-import documentation
  • Prepare invoices, transport documents such as CMR, bills of lading, air waybills, packing lists, certificates, etc.).
  • Monitor production and shipment timelines to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Collect and analyse market information; prepare regular reports for management.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions and events abroad.
