Role Overview:
We are seeking two experienced Procurement Professionals to support an ongoing Oracle Fusion implementation project. The primary focus of this role will be data cleaning and item master data management. The selected candidates may also be required to support basic procurement operations as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Oracle Fusion Implementation Support:
- Perform data cleansing and validation activities related to procurement data.
- Manage and standardize Item Master data.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of procurement-related data.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies.
- Support data migration and system readiness activities.
Procurement Operations Support (as required):
- Assist with supplier registration and vendor onboarding processes.
- Support basic tendering activities and documentation.
- Maintain procurement records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in procurement or supply chain functions.
- Strong experience in item master data management and data cleansing.
- Prior exposure to ERP systems (Oracle Fusion experience preferred).
- Good understanding of procurement processes and supplier lifecycle.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/off-site setup.
- Immediate availability preferred.
