About the Role

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist with an engineering background to join our client’s supply chain team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing for complex technical components and systems.
• Utilize SAP Ariba for advanced sourcing, tendering (RFP/RFQ), and contract management.
• Interpret technical specifications and work closely with engineering teams.
• Conduct supplier negotiations and manage high-value contracts.
• Ensure procurement strategies align with engineering and project requirements.

Requirements

• Experience: 5–6 years, ideally with combined engineering and procurement exposure.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Aerospace).
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba is mandatory.
• Industry Background: Manufacturing, Aerospace, Automotive, or Defense.
• Communication: Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
