Procurement / Supply Chain Executive (Restaurant Industry)

We are looking for an experienced Procurement / Supply Chain Executive with a strong background in the restaurant and F&B industry to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the fast-paced dynamics of restaurant operations and can manage procurement end-to-end with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations for the restaurant, ensuring timely availability of all food, packaging, and operational supplies.
• Forecast requirements and maintain optimal inventory par levels and reorder quantities across all outlets.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices, quality, and delivery terms.
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure reliability, accuracy, and compliance with quality standards.
• Implement strong inventory controls to minimize wastage, prevent stockouts, and support smooth operations.
• Accurately calculate production yield, usage, and wastage to support cost management and menu planning.
• Oversee periodic stock counts, ensuring accuracy, proper documentation, and timely reconciliation.
• Track procurement costs, supplier trends, and key purchasing metrics, submitting periodic reports.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while ensuring competitive procurement practices.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders as per company policies.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without affecting quality.

Requirements

• UAE experience in restaurant/F&B is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of food items, packaging materials, vendors, and restaurant procurement processes.
• Confident negotiator with excellent communication and vendor-management skills.
• Skilled in inventory control, yield/wastage calculation, and data accuracy.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Inventory Management systems, and basic documentation.
