Procurement & Supply Chain Officer (Construction Procurement)

- Source and qualify suppliers, vendors, and specialist subcontractors for all trades

- Issue RFQs/RFPs, evaluate bids, and present commercial recommendations to management

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with approved suppliers

- Manage purchase orders, delivery schedules, and on-site inventory levels

- Maintain and continuously update the group's approved vendor list and supplier scorecard

- Monitor market pricing trends and identify cost-saving opportunities

- Coordinate with Site Engineers and Project Managers to anticipate material requirements

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering

- Minimum 4 years of procurement experience in the construction or real estate sector

- Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills

- Knowledge of construction materials across structural, finishing, and MEP categories

- Proficiency in ERP or dedicated procurement management systems

- CIPS certification is a strong advantage
