Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist

Duties

Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and contract negotiations to secure optimal terms and pricing.

• Procurement Execution

Independently manage purchase order placement, track material delivery progress, coordinate warehouse receipt and inventory entry, and reconcile supplier payments to ensure accurate and timely material fulfillment.

• Demand Planning & Management

Develop and submit monthly procurement and demand plans based on national development strategies and marketing activity requirements, ensuring appropriate quantities, timing, and overall operational efficiency.

• Quality Feedback & Issue Resolution

Collect and analyze on-site operational feedback and customer complaints, accurately report product quality issues and usage defects to headquarters, and independently follow up on corrective actions until resolution.

Requirements

• Proven experience in procurement management within manufacturing or supply chain environments.
• Strong skills in contract negotiation, contract management, and sourcing strategies.
• Knowledge of MRP (Material Requirements Planning), procurement processes, and logistics operations.
• Familiarity with federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and quality management standards.
• Ability to analyze data for root cause analysis and implement process improvements effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
