About the Role

Interested in starting a career in purchasing and procurement? ArtMobile Trading is hiring a Purchasing Assistant to support supplier coordination, order processing, and administrative tasks.

This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing orders and communication with vendors.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with purchase orders and supplier coordination
• Communicate with vendors regarding orders and deliveries
• Maintain records of purchases, invoices, and inventory
• Support tracking of shipments and order status
• Perform data entry and maintain procurement documentation
• Assist the team with general administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Basic computer skills (Excel, email, data entry)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Previous procurement or admin experience is an asset but not required
