Procurement Systems Analyst I

• Assist the strategic sourcing organization to align sourcing priorities, source selection, conduct market research and mitigate issues
• Assist with the preparation, issuance and management of RFX documents
• Support the evaluation of supplier responses to RFx documents
• Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing in the management of Terms and Conditions and Non-Disclosure Agreements
• Provide Supplier Relationship Management support and lead supplier setups
• Perform ongoing tasks including supplier scorecards, cost savings tracking and reporting
• Perform analytical support for Corporate Procurement and Procurement Systems Team projects
• Identify continuous improvement recommendations to streamline Corporate Procurement processes
• Identify and conduct systems training sessions for the Corporate Procurement Team
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Corporate Procurement systems such as Ariba, Tracegains, BPCS and SAP
• Ability to present to Corporate Procurement and other cross functional teams as necessary
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years of relevant work experience or 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Previous experience working in a regulated industry a plus
• Experience with Enterprise Reporting Systems, prior SAP experience a plus
• Ability to analyze reports and large data sets (Excel, Pivot Tables, Graphs, etc.)
• Previous experience using RFx tools a plus

• Strong project management skills with experience working with cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated knowledge of procurement best practices and supplier management
