Role Purpose

• The Source-to-Pay End-to-End Lead / Procurement Transformation Director will lead the transformation of the end-to-end procurement value chain, driving seamless processes across sourcing, contracting, purchasing, supplier management, invoicing, and payment.

Job Description

End-to-End S2P Transformation Leadership

• Own the end-to-end Source-to-Pay value chain across strategic sourcing, contract management, procure-to-pay operations, and supplier management

• Define the target operating model for procurement

Process Design & Standardization

• Lead the redesign of global S2P processes in line with best practices

• Establish process governance and global standards

• Drive harmonization across regions and business units

Procurement Technology Enablement

• Lead the implementation and optimization of procurement platforms, including sourcing, contract lifecycle management, supplier management, procure-to-pay, and analytics tools

• Ensure strong integration with ERP and finance systems

Program & Transformation Leadership

• Lead large-scale transformation programs across process, technology, and organizational change

• Manage program governance, milestones, and value realization

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Procurement, Finance, IT, Shared Services, and external partners

Supplier & Value Management

• Strengthen supplier collaboration and performance management

• Enable supplier onboarding and digital adoption

• Enhance contract compliance and supplier governance

Experience

• 12 to 15 years of Procurement experience, including at least 3 years in a regional role within a multinational or complex organization

• Proven experience in Lean and Continuous Improvement implementation

Functional Knowledge

• Strong end-to-end procurement expertise across P2P, PR-to-PO, vendor onboarding, and operational controls

• Strong command of procurement governance, policies, SOPs, DoA, and audit requirements

• Proficient in SAP, Ariba, and other digital procurement systems

• Strong capability in KPI tracking, reporting, and data-driven decision-making

• Experience leading transformation initiatives and capability-building programs
