Procurement/Sales Executive

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities:

· Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.

· Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.

· Preparing tenders, proposals and quotations.

· Respond to customer inquiries and requests for information.

· Prepare and manage in coordination with the sales team, technical presentations, seminars, and workshops for potential customers in the market.

· Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively, ensure that all projects are delivered on-time

· Develop strategic plan for optimized productivity to the company

· Should be excellent in coordination's and follow up.

· Provide inputs to management based on market information to enable the Company to develop capabilities in areas that will give it strategic leverage for future projects.

Preferred skills and qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business management, or related field.

· Experience of 2-3 years, Experience in Oil and Gas, Nuclear, Energy sectors, including both UAE and international experience dealing with global clients.

· Proficient in using MS Office.

· Strong working knowledge of operational procedures.

· Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.

· The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.

· Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
