Job Description

Manage the vendor registration process, including receiving applications, verifying information, and maintaining accurate vendor databases.

Communicate with vendors regarding registration requirements and status updates.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies related to vendor registration.

Maintain organized and up-to-date procurement records, both physical and electronic.

Manage the flow of procurement documents, ensuring proper approvals and distribution.
Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience in procurement, vendor management, or administrative support roles.
